Welcome to the Anglican Parish of Coolah Dunedoo, made up of five different worship centres. To find the latest happenings in this parish please see our Newsletters page.

All Saints’ Church Dunedoo, constructed in 1924 and extended in the 1950s. Worship services are at either 8.30 am Sunday or 6 pm Saturday depending on the weekend of the month (see service times below)

St Andrew’s Coolah and was built in 1875 and gathers for worship at 9 am Sundays. The Fete depicted here is held in September, (check out our Newsletters for date and time.)

EARLY HISTORY OF ST ANDREW’S CHOOLAH

The Elong Worshiping Community servicing the Elong village and district meets every second Sunday at 11.30 am in the Elong Community Hall (The old School building)

St Chad’s Mendooran services the Mendooran township and district meeting the third Sundays at 11.30 am. Mendooran is the oldest town of the Castlereagh River

St Laurence Neilrex is the only church in the village of Neilrex and meets the fourth Sunday of the month at 11.30 am.

St John’s Church in the village of Uarbry, unfortunately, was destroyed by the Sir Ivan Bush fire in February 2017 when the village of Uarbry was almost wiped out and 550 square kilometres of bush, farms and properties were badly damaged with many homes, stock and sheds destroyed.
